SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories mentioned above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers solely as necessary to deliver the SMS communications you requested (for example, our messaging vendor), and only for that purpose and in accordance with applicable law.
If you opt in, we send transactional SMS notifications about your hauls — booking confirmations, driver assignment and arrival, pickup and delivery status, payment authorization, and cancellations. Message frequency varies based on your booking and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also manage your notification preferences in your account settings. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using JobsiteRun.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service: with the driver or customer involved in a haul (for example, a driver sees the pickup/drop-off needed to complete the job), with service providers like Stripe (payments) and our SMS provider (to deliver texts), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and retain it as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data from your account settings.
